Byron Executive Suites, Inc. is widely successful due to the tenacity and dedication of Wendy Seyboth, Executive Vice President/Manager of Operations. During her 11 years with Byron Executive Suites, Wendy has gained invaluable experience in the corporate realm. Wendy’s natural leadership skills and determined approach to solutions lead to additional roles and responsibilities throughout the years, thus leading to Wendy’s advancement to Vice President.

While overseeing day-to-day corporate operations at Byron Executive Suites, she also handles tenant retention and leasing of executive suites.

Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, Wendy graduated from Walter Hines Page High School and went on to hold positions in management and customer service. Wendy holds a Real Estate/Broker’s License from the State of North Carolina and is a notary public.

Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband, Brett and their four year old son, Nathanael. Wendy is an avid runner, who enjoys fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

LINDSAY MORGAN - TENANT RELATIONS AND NEW CLIENT MARKETING SPECALIST

If tenants have a need or request, Lindsay’s efficient and optimistic approach in seeing a task to completion is just what tenants are looking for. Lindsay also monitors monthly tenant expenses; and her teamwork approach leads her to chair additional projects. Her dedication to professional courtesy continues to be an asset to Byron Executive Suites going on 4 years now. Lindsay is a certified notary public and available to assist in that capacity, as well.

In addition to her daily duties, Lindsay enjoys planning and coordinating special events, such as holiday and tenant appreciation parties. Born in Greensboro, Lindsay moved around growing up but made it back to Greensboro in 1996.

She graduated from Walter Hines Page High School in 2000 and then enrolled in Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Lindsay graduated in December of 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. She was a spirited cheerleader for the Catamounts and energetically involved with her sorority, Phi Mu.

Lindsay is actively involved with Greensboro Parks and Recreation kickball and loves to be active outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves the mountains!

AMANDA STOWE – RECEPTIONIST

Amanda Stowe may very well be the first person you speak to when calling Byron Executive Suites. Amanda’s professional and welcoming personality is a valued asset to Byron Executive Suites. In addition to her part-time reception duties, Amanda provides clerical and secretarial assistance to our tenants; although her projects and tasks vary daily.

Amanda, a native of North Carolina, was born in Burlington and grew up in Gibsonville. After graduating from Eastern Guilford High School, Amanda enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is currently a senior at UNCG, majoring in Marketing.

Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves traveling, spending time at the beach, and going fishing. Amanda’s interests include photography and dance.
